Issue: In the HBNC module, the form opens successfully, but after a few seconds the screen automatically refreshes and the editable controls disappear, preventing the user from entering or updating data.

Log Analysis:

• The HBNC dynamic form (hbnc_form_001) is successfully fetched with HTTP 200, and all required fields are returned as editable.
• The same HBNC form is requested multiple times within a short interval, indicating repeated screen/form initialization.
• Simultaneously, the application performs continuous beneficiary synchronization in the background.
• No fatal exception or API failure related to the HBNC form was observed.

Request: Verify the HBNC screen lifecycle and UI state management. It appears that background synchronization or repeated form initialization is causing the form to refresh automatically, resulting in the editable fields disappearing and preventing the user from completing the 42nd Day HBNC visit.
