Mitanin Trainer and ANM login, block-based access, and dashboards

XMLWordPrintable

Add two new roles to the FLW app, Mitanin Trainer (MT) and ANM, each with their own login, scoped to the blocks mapped to them (Trainer and ANM are segregated by block, not village or sub-centre, unlike the Supervisor module's sub-centre mapping in FLW-771). Reuses the dashboard and drill-down shell from FLW-771/FLW-1011 with role-specific tile logic.

      Login and access

      • Mitanin Trainer and ANM each log in with their own username and password, separate from the Mitanin's own login and from each other.
      • Each role sees only Mitanins mapped to their own block(s).
      • API enforces role and block-level access control for both roles.

      Mitanin Trainer Dashboard

      • Header shows name and ID, month selector (default: current month), block filter, search by Mitanin name.
      • Tiles: Total Mitanins, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Mitanin Unclaimed, based on the four Trainer-scoped activities (see linked Story: Mitanin Trainer activity review and approval screen), not the Mitanin's overall month status.
      • Blocks Under You list, same pattern as Supervisor's Sub-Centre list.

      ANM Dashboard

      • Same shell and tiles as the Supervisor dashboard (FLW-771): Total Mitanins, Verified, Pending, Overdue, Rejected, Mitanin Unclaimed, reflecting the ANM's month-level decision (see linked Story: ANM monthly claim screen with Mitanin Trainer gating).

      Mitanin Listing, both roles

      • Grouped by block, status pill per Mitanin using the role-appropriate status set above.

Affected screens/modules: FLW Android app (Mitanin Trainer and ANM login, two dashboards, drill-down screen); Auth/role service; Geography mapping service (block-level).
