      Description:

An issue has been identified in the CAC form incentive generation logic.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the CAC form.
      2. Select "Motivating women for sterilization after abortion (no limit on number of children)" as the family planning method.
      3. Save and complete the form.
      4. Verify the generated incentives.
      5. Repeat the process by selecting "Motivating for IUCD (Copper-T) insertion post-abortion" and verify the generated incentives.

      Actual Result:

      • When "Motivating women for sterilization after abortion (no limit on number of children)" is selected, the application incorrectly generates the "Motivating for IUCD (Copper-T) insertion post-abortion" incentive.
      • When "Motivating for IUCD (Copper-T) insertion post-abortion" is selected, no incentive is generated.

      Expected Result:

      • Selecting "Motivating women for sterilization after abortion (no limit on number of children)" should generate only the corresponding sterilization after abortion incentive.
      • Selecting "Motivating for IUCD (Copper-T) insertion post-abortion" should generate only the corresponding IUCD post-abortion incentive.
      • Each family planning method should trigger its mapped incentive only, without generating incorrect or missing incentives.

      Impact:
Incorrect incentive mapping results in wrong incentive calculations, affecting ASHA incentive payments and causing inconsistencies in the Family Planning incentive workflow.
