Description:
In the Maternity Module, the "Date of TD/TT (1st Dose or 2nd Dose)" field is not clickable. As a result, users are unable to select, add, or update the vaccination date.

Expected Result:
The "Date of TD/TT (1st Dose or 2nd Dose)" field should be clickable and should open the date picker, allowing users to add or update the vaccination date.
