Description:
It was observed that the question "क्या शिशु SNCU से डिस्चार्ज हो गया है?" is displayed without first asking the prerequisite question "क्या शिशु को SNCU में भर्ती किया गया है?".

Actual Result:
The application directly displays "क्या शिशु SNCU से डिस्चार्ज हो गया है?" without verifying whether the newborn was admitted to the SNCU.

Expected Result:
The application should first ask "क्या शिशु को SNCU में भर्ती किया गया है?". Only if the user selects "Yes", the follow-up question "क्या शिशु SNCU से डिस्चार्ज हो गया है?" should be displayed. If the user selects "No", the discharge question should remain hidden.
