Description:
During testing, it was observed that the "नाभि की स्थिति चुनें" dropdown is not displaying the correct default value.

Actual Result:
The dropdown is automatically displaying "नाभि का सूखना या रंग बदलना" as the default selected value.

Expected Result:
The default value should be "नाभि की स्थिति चुनें" (placeholder), and no option should be pre-selected until the user explicitly makes a selection.
