Requirement:
A new question should be added to the Adolescent Registration form:

• English: Is sanitary pad used?
• Hindi: क्या सैनिटरी पैड का उपयोग किया जाता है?

Expected Behavior:

• Display the new question in the Adolescent Registration form.
• The question should be available in both English and Hindi.
• Provide appropriate response options (e.g., Yes/No).
• The selected value should be saved successfully and displayed when the registration is viewed or edited.
