      Maternal Health > HWC Refer List
      "Refer Date" field currently does not allow selection of previous (back) dates. Update the date picker validation to allow selecting previous dates.

      Note: This ticket references the screen as "HWC Refer List" per the current app naming. The display name for this referral list is under active discussion in two other threads (FLW-1104 SHRC terminology feedback proposes removing "HWC" from the name; a separate referral-list redesign proposes renaming it to "HWC Referrals"). Confirm current naming before final build/QA sign-off in case the label changes upstream.
