Issue Description:
A new issue has been observed in v2.10 (Internal Testing). When the user attempts to view or edit the beneficiary record of "Mridula Begum" in the Maternal Health module, the application crashes automatically. However, the issue is specific to this beneficiary record, as other beneficiaries (e.g., Yasmin Sultana) can be viewed and edited successfully without any crash.
