Environment:

• App Version: v2.10 (Internal Testing)
• Module: TB Module & All Beneficiary Module

Issue Description:
Data entered in the TB Module and All Beneficiary Module is not syncing with the server. The records remain in the pending sync state even after multiple manual sync attempts and stable internet connectivity.
