Issue Summary:
For User ID 6268102590, the database contains 383 beneficiary records. However, after logging into the mobile application using this user ID, no beneficiary data is synced or displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the application using User ID 6268102590.
2. Allow the application to complete the sync process.
3. Verify the beneficiary list.

Expected Result:
All 383 beneficiary records available in the database should be synced and displayed in the application.

Actual Result:
No beneficiary data is synced or displayed in the application after login.

Database Verification:

Impact:
The user is unable to access beneficiary data, preventing normal application usage.
