[UAT-2.10]-Duplicate Beneficiary ID Generated After Registration

      Description:

      When registering a household beneficiary using a registered mobile number with OTP verification, two Beneficiary IDs are being generated for the same beneficiary instead of a single Beneficiary ID.

      The same issue is also observed during child registration, where two Beneficiary IDs are generated for a single child registration.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Register a household beneficiary using a registered mobile number and OTP verification.
      2. Complete the registration process.
      3. Check the generated Beneficiary ID.
      4. Repeat the process for child registration.

      Actual Result:

      • Two Beneficiary IDs are generated for a single household beneficiary registration.
      • Two Beneficiary IDs are generated for a single child registration.

      Expected Result:

      • Only one unique Beneficiary ID should be generated for each successful registration.
      • No duplicate Beneficiary IDs should be created for the same beneficiary.

      Please check and confirm the cause of duplicate Beneficiary ID generation.
