• Duplicate check: before saving, check if cardNo or abhaId already exists in the Mitanin database. If found, block registration and show a link to the existing record. No bypass permitted. (BR-09)
• Mandatory DOB: registration must not submit or reach Complete status until ASHA has entered Day and Month of Birth. Validate before processing the Submit action. (BR-21)
• Family ID mismatch warning: if a member's familyId differs from the household's familyId, display: 'Family ID does not match the household. Please verify before proceeding.' Informational only — ASHA may acknowledge and proceed; registration is not blocked. (BR-13, §8.2)

Acceptance Criteria    

•    Duplicate cardNo or abhaId blocks registration
•    Submit is disabled / blocked if Day or Month of Birth is empty.
•    Family ID mismatch warning shows but does not prevent proceeding.
• In-app search shows ABHA popup for results without ABHA ID.
