•    ID Entry Screen: provide a type selector (Ayushman Card Number / ABHA ID) alongside a single input field. Both types use the same API endpoint. Ration Card Number not supported. (§3.2, BR-01)
•    Confirmation Screen (fragment_abha_ben.xml): after successful API response, display matched individual's details — Full Name (non-editable), Year of Birth (editable), Day/Month of Birth (blank, ASHA fills), Gender, Mobile Number, Address, Family ID for reference. Include HoF checkbox (see MIT-04). Include Back button to ID entry. (§10)
•    Consent Screen (fragment_abha_consent.xml): update text to:
–    English — I have been informed by the ASHA, in a language I understand, about the purpose for which my information and measurement findings are being collected. I consent to the use of my Ayushman Card Number or ABHA ID to retrieve my Name, Year of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, Address and Family ID, and to collect and use this information and measurement findings in my personal health profile.
–    Hindi — मुझे आशा कार्यकर्ता द्वारा मेरी समझ की भाषा में मेरी जानकारी एवं माप संबंधी विवरण एकत्र करने के उद्देश्य के बारे में बताया गया है। मैं अपने आयुष्मान कार्ड नंबर या ABHA ID का उपयोग कर नाम, जन्म वर्ष, लिंग, मोबाइल नंबर, पता एवं परिवार आईडी प्राप्त करने तथा इस जानकारी एवं माप संबंधी विवरण को मेरी व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य प्रोफ़ाइल में उपयोग करने हेतु अपनी सहमति देता/देती हूँ।

Acceptance Criteria:

•    Type selector on ID entry defaults to Ayushman Card Number.
•    Confirmation screen renders pre-filled fields correctly with correct editability.
•    Consent screen shows updated English and Hindi text.
