I personally contacted the concerned ASHA (Mobile No. 9864955079) and discussed the issue with her. (Beni- Anisha Nasrin)
Regarding the HBYC form, another issue was observed. The form data is visible and appears to be synced on the ASHA's mobile device. However, when I logged in using the same credentials on my device for verification, the completed HBYC form was not visible.
