[UAT-2.10] Pregnant Women Marked as Deceased from Malaria, Kala-Azar, and AES/JE Modules Are Not Moving to Death Reports

      Description:
      It was observed that when a Pregnant Woman is marked as Death from the Malaria, Kala-Azar, or AES/JE modules, the beneficiary record is not getting moved to the appropriate Death Reports(Metarnal death) section after successful submission.
