[UAT-2.10] Child Under 5 Years Visibility Issue and Non-Functional Edit Icon in Child Forms

      Description:
      Multiple issues were observed in child-related modules:

      1. Eligible child beneficiaries are not getting displayed/moved to the Child Under 5 Years module as expected.
      2. The Edit icon is visible in child-related forms such as SAM, ORS, and IFA, but clicking the icon does not open the form in edit mode or allow any modifications.
