Description:
During testing of the Delivery Outcome module, it was observed that when a delivery outcome is registered as Stillbirth, the corresponding baby record is not automatically reflected in the Death Report → Child Death section.

As per the expected workflow, stillbirth records should be available in the Child Death reporting module for tracking and reporting purposes.
