[UAT-2.10]-Deceased Beneficiary is Able to Undergo CBAC Assessment and TB Screening

      Description:

      A beneficiary marked as Deceased is still appearing and is eligible for further health service workflows. The system is allowing:

      • CBAC form submission in the NCD module.
      • TB Screening in the TB module.

      As per the expected behavior, once a beneficiary is marked as Deceased, all healthcare-related processes, screenings, assessments, registrations, and follow-up activities should be restricted for that beneficiary.
