[UAT-2.10]Data Loss Observed for Malaria, Leprosy, and Low Birth Weight Counts After App Reinstallation

      Description:
      In Malaria Confirmed Cases, Leprosy Confirmed Cases, Leprosy Suspected Cases, and Low Birth Weight (LBW) Babies , Data are not stable after application reinstallation.

      In some installations, the counts are displayed correctly, while in others, the same counts become 0 after reinstalling the application. The behavior is inconsistent and not reproducible in a stable manner.
