In both Utprerona and Mitanin, the language preference selected by the ASHA user is not retained after an application update or reinstallation.

When the user selects Hindi or Assamese, the app works correctly during the current session. However, after updating the app or uninstalling and reinstalling it, the language automatically changes back to English.

This forces ASHA users to manually change the language after every update/reinstallation.
