One bug has been observed in the MDSR Module for User ID 9101537748.

Beneficiary Ajminara Jannat is currently appearing as registered in the MDSR Module. However, upon verification in the All Beneficiary Module, the beneficiary is shown as a Pregnant Woman, and records indicate that she has delivered one baby who is alive.

The concerned ASHA has confirmed that she does not have any information regarding why this beneficiary has been moved to the MDSR Module.

Please review the case and verify the reason for the beneficiary's presence in the MDSR Module. The relevant log file and screenshots have been attached for reference and necessary action.
