Description:
Multiple critical issues are observed in the ANC end-to-end workflow. Beneficiary data is not being saved or moved correctly across modules, and records are not retained after synchronization/app reinstallation.

Issues Observed:

1. Beneficiaries are getting registered multiple times in ANC, resulting in duplicate Child immunization records and repeated ANC visits.
2. Beneficiaries whose death has already been recorded are still visible in the ANC module and are available for further visits.
3. After moving a beneficiary from ANC to Delivery Outcome, the data is not retained properly and beneficiaries reappear in ANC.
4. Data is not moving correctly from ANC to downstream modules such as:
   • Abortion Module
   • e-PMSMA List
   • Delivery Outcome
   • PNC Tracking
5. After successful Child Registration, the baby record is moving back to Newborn Registration.
6. Low Birth Weight baby records are not retained correctly and counts become 0 after sync/reinstallation.
7. After app reinstallation or synchronization, module counts become incorrect and previously processed records are not available in their expected modules.
8. End-to-end workflow data is not persisting correctly, causing data loss and incorrect beneficiary status movement.
