Description:
The complete end-to-end workflow is expected to work in offline mode and synchronize successfully once internet connectivity is restored. However, when records are created offline and the internet is turned ON, the data is not syncing successfully.
Workflow Covered:
HH → Beneficiary Registration → EC Registration → EC Tracking → PW Registration → ANC Services → Delivery Outcome → Mother PNC → Infant Registration → Child Registration → HBNC → Immunization
Steps to Reproduce:
- Turn OFF internet connectivity.
- Complete the entire workflow in offline mode:
- HH Registration
- Beneficiary Registration
- EC Registration
- EC Tracking
- PW Registration
- ANC Services
- Delivery Outcome
- Mother PNC
- Infant Registration
- Child Registration
- HBNC
- Immunization
- Verify that records are saved locally.
- Turn ON internet connectivity.
- Trigger synchronization or wait for auto-sync.
- Verify the sync status of all records.
Actual Result:
Records created during the offline workflow are not syncing successfully after internet connectivity is restored.
