We have observed a data discrepancy at the field level after updating the application from version 2.8 to 2.9. The beneficiary data count has suddenly decreased and is showing a mismatch compared to the previous records.

For your reference, I have attached screenshots along with the affected User ID details. Kindly review the issue and investigate the cause of the discrepancy.
