Description:
When a user selects and saves a profile picture from the device's local storage, the profile picture is displayed successfully. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the application, the saved profile picture is no longer visible in the user profile.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to User Profile.
3. Select and save a profile picture from local storage.
4. Verify that the profile picture is displayed.
5. Uninstall the application.
6. Reinstall the application and login with the same user.
7. Open User Profile.

Actual Result:
The previously saved profile picture is removed and not displayed after app reinstallation.

Expected Result:
The profile picture should remain available and be displayed after reinstalling the application when the user logs in with the same account.
