In the Immunization module, the Date of Vaccination field is automatically populated with the current date when the form is opened. As per the expected behavior, the field should remain blank and allow the user to select the appropriate vaccination date.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to the Immunization module.
3. Open the vaccination entry form.
4. Observe the Date of Vaccination field.

Actual Result:
The Date of Vaccination field is pre-filled with today's date by default.

Expected Result:
The Date of Vaccination field should be blank initially and should only be populated when the user explicitly selects a date.
