In the Mitanin application, under the EC Tracking module, the "No. of Children" field is not displaying the correct value. The field is either showing 0 or remaining blank for beneficiaries where child details are available.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as a Mitanin user.
2. Navigate to the EC Tracking module.
3. Search and open a beneficiary record.
4. Observe the No. of Children field.

Actual Result:
The No. of Children field is displayed as 0 or blank.

Expected Result:
The No. of Children field should display the correct count of children associated with the beneficiary.
