Description:
When a married female beneficiary aged 15–19 years is moved to the EC (Eligible Couple) category, the IFA Tablet button is not visible. However, the IFA button becomes visible when the beneficiary's age is 20 years or above.

As per the business requirement, all married female beneficiaries aged 15–49 years in the EC module should be eligible for IFA services, and the IFA Tablet option should be displayed accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register or select a married female beneficiary aged between 15 and 19 years.
2. Move the beneficiary to the EC module.
3. Open the beneficiary details/services section.
4. Observe the visibility of the IFA Tablet button.

Actual Result:
IFA Tablet button is not visible for married female beneficiaries aged 15–19 years in the EC module.

Expected Result:
IFA Tablet button should be visible for all married female beneficiaries aged 15–49 years in the EC module as per eligibility criteria.
