[UAT-2.10]-Child Count Displayed on Eligible Couple Card Even When Child Details Are Marked as "No" . In both Application (Mitanin and Utprerona)

      Description:
      While registering an Eligible Couple from the HOF module, if the user selects "No" for Child Details (indicating that the couple has no children), the Eligible Couple registration is completed successfully.

      However, after registration, the Eligible Couple card/list is displaying a child count on the card, even though no child details were added during registration.
