When the internet is turned OFF and a beneficiary is registered, the HOF (Head of Family) record is created in offline mode and appears under Pending Sync as expected.

However, if HOF members are registered under the same family before the HOF record gets synced, the member records are getting synced successfully once the internet is restored, even though the parent HOF record is still in Pending Sync status.
