      As a part of feature "Face Recognition" in beneficiary registration in the HWC Mobile App, to add Face Embedding related changes, like adding a column for “face biometric vectors” in the database Table (name = "i_beneficiarydetails") to save beneficiary Photo with (face biometric vectors) and related parameters changes in the up-sync and down-sync APIs.
