Description*: In the MMU Application's Nurse module, under the Visit category, the following modules are missing in the Pre-production environment:

Childhood and Adolescent Health
Neonatal and Infant Services
Cancer Screening
These modules are available in the UAT environment, but not in Pre-production.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the MMU Application.
Go to the Nurse module.
Check the Visit category modules in the Pre-production environment.
Expected Result: The modules Childhood and Adolescent Health, Neonatal and Infant Services, and Cancer Screening should all be listed in the Visit category in the Pre-production environment.

Actual Result: All three modules (Childhood and Adolescent Health, Neonatal and Infant Services, and Cancer Screening) are missing in the Pre-production environment.

Impact: The absence of these modules in the Pre-production environment impacts the ability to perform comprehensive testing before deployment.

Requested Action: Please investigate and address the issue to ensure that Childhood and Adolescent Health, Neonatal and Infant Services, and Cancer Screening modules are available in the Pre-production environment.
