Present Chief complaint and Disease summary is not in correct alignment 

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application on a Chrome.
Navigate to the login page.
Enter valid username and password and click on the "Login" button.
Click on registration and register one beneficiary
Click on Nurse-> select General OPD-> Click on CDSS.

Expected Result:
CDSS module alignment should be correct.

Actual Result:
Alignment should be correct.
