In the Registration page, it is possible to submit the registration information without selecting an "Age Unit." This could lead to incomplete or inaccurate data being recorded. Attached is a screenshot for reference.

*Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the Registration page.
Fill in the necessary details but leave the "Age Unit" field unselected.
Submit the registration.

Expected Result:
The system should not allow the submission of the registration form without selecting an "Age Unit."

*Actual Result:
*The registration form can be submitted even if the "Age Unit" is not selected.

2. Also post this issue is fixed the Date of birth should not accept beyond 02-09-2024
