If SpO2 < 70%: Highlight in red 

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application on a Chrome.
Navigate to the login page.
Enter valid username and password and click on the "Login" button.
Click on Registration and register one beneficiary.
Click on Nurse->select general OPD->click vital (SP)2)

Expected Result:
User should be able to put below 70 value must be highlight in red.

Actual Result:
When a user select SPO2 value below 70 % it should highlighting red.

Observed Environment : Wiprdev, UAT, Production
