IDRS Score is not getting increased even after Suspecting the beneficiary as Epilepsy, Asthma and Vision Screening in NCD Screening module.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application on a Chrome
Navigate to the login page.
Enter valid username and password and click on the "Login" button.
Click on Registration--> Register one beneficiary record.
Click on Nurse worklist--->select NCD screening category.

Expected Result:
IDRS should be able to increase.

Actual Result:
IDRS should be increase.
