      Description:
      We are encountering a JDBC Exception error while creating ABHA in the Telemedicine and HWC application. The issue appears to be related to database connectivity or SQL execution problems. Please find the attached screenshot for further details.

      Environment:
      Application: Telemedicine and HWC Application
      Version: V8.0.0
      Database: MySQL,
      Operating System: Windows 10
      Error Details:
      Error Message: [Insert Error Message from Screenshot]

      Open the Telemedicine and HWC application.
      Navigate to the ABHA creation module.
      Attempt to create a new ABHA ID.
