Issue in Service type page

      1. There is an issue that clicking on continue has to be done multiple times and unable to continue with the next page

      2. Taluk /Tehsil is getting blank after selecting Van and service point and able to select Taluk and Tehsil after selecting multiple attempts and below is the screenshot for the reference
