As a user I want to generate prescription sheet, with optimal sheet so that I can have one/two pager for prescription in place.

1. User can be able to generate prescription with minimum fields
2. Re-deigned page is in place for improved prescription page
3. Selection of fields for adding in prescription
4. Allow user to print or send through SMS to beneficiary
5. Prescription should open correctly on Mobile/tablet in PDF format{}
