Digwal TM_Multiple visit in db for single beneficiary(after patch)

      In Digwal TM, it's showing two times in db with different different visit(3 and 4) but in the application showing 4th visit only.

      Expected- If beneficiary visited two times then it should reflect accordingly in both places(application and db)
