Description
As a supervisor I want to reallocate the sticky calls to available ANM so that beneficiary can be addressed of sticky ANM is on leave.
Acceptance Criteria:
a. Under the call allocation screen, Supervisor can see the the option for all sticky calls based on the agent selection
b. Call reallocation has to be in place for improved delivery.
c. ANM's are able to get the updated call list
d. Call flow can be set correctly and new ANM will be marked as sticky agent for future calls to the beneficiary.
