In the MMU, after clicking "Next," the system should not allow users to move from the Personal Information section to the Location Information section, and from the Location Information section to the Other Information section if any value is entered incorrectly or if the mandatory fields are not filled. Currently, users are able to proceed to the next sections and have to navigate back from Other Information to Personal Information or Location Information to correct these details.
