In the Admin module, when configuring the mobile number text field or any numeric text field, it currently accepts numeric input as expected. However, it does not reject numbers starting with digits 1 through 5. For example, if the mobile number entered is 1234567890, it is still allowing the user to proceed to the Nurse module, which should not be happening. The system should be updated to ensure that numbers starting with digits 1 to 5 are not accepted.
