      As a QA I want to create and update the test cases for Telemedicine service line in AMRIT, so that I can ensure thorough testing of the software product.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • I should be able to create new test cases for each feature or functionality being developed.
      • Each test case should have a unique identifier.
      • Test cases should be categorized logically (e.g., by feature, module, or priority).
      • I should be able to assign appropriate labels or tags to test cases for easy filtering and management.
      • Changes made to test cases should be recorded with timestamps and user details for audit purposes.
