      There is no time set for auto exit after conversation is completed with the Beneficiary. Needed to apply ACW for necessary closure of the call.

      When call gets disconnected by the beneficiary or agent side then it shows as agent is free(correct time) in c-zentrix but in CRM it shows free (incorrect time). Also need to set a time limit to fill up questionnaire and closure information
