For the following incentive-based activities, the incentive is being generated in the current month even when the activity date is entered for a previous month:

1. Participation in Village Health and Nutrition Day (VHND)
2. Attending monthly cluster meetings of Mitanins
3. Organizing and attending monthly VHSNC meetings
4. Sending out-of-school children to Anganwadi for deworming during National Deworming Day
5. Quarterly breastfeeding counselling meetings under the “MAA” program
6. Conducting assessment surveys for non-communicable diseases

Issue:
When an activity date is entered as July, the incentive is being generated in the current month instead of being associated with the activity month (July).

Expected Result:
The incentive should be generated/considered based on the actual activity date/activity month entered in the application.

Actual Result:
The incentive is being generated in the current month, irrespective of the activity date entered.
