      Synchronization Date & Timestamp Management

      • A dedicated Sync Date/Time field shall be maintained in all transactional database tables to track the latest synchronization status of records.
      • The system shall capture and store the timestamp of data synchronization whenever a record is successfully synchronized from the local server to the central server.
      • The Sync Date/Time shall represent the actual date and time when the record is successfully synchronized, and shall be independent of the date and time when the record was created or modified.

      Offline Data Synchronization

      • The TB Screening Mobile Application shall function as an offline-first application, allowing users to capture and manage data without internet connectivity.
      • Data captured in the mobile application shall first be synchronized with the camp laptop (local server) and subsequently synchronized with the central server when internet connectivity becomes available.
      • The system shall maintain synchronization status and timestamps to enable monitoring, auditability, and reconciliation of data across mobile devices, local servers, and the central server.

      Business Rules

      • Sync Date/Time shall be updated for all records in all modules/ forms for successful synchronization from the local server to the central server.
      • Record creation and modification timestamps shall be maintained separately from synchronization timestamps.
      • The system shall support tracking of:
        • Record Created Date/Time
        • Record Modified Date/Time
        • Last Sync Date/Time
        • Sync Status (Pending, In Progress, Successfully Synced, Failed)
      • Synchronization logs shall be maintained to facilitate troubleshooting, data validation, and monitoring of synchronization activities.

Note: The Sync Date/Time must always reflect the date and time when the data is successfully synchronized from the camp laptop (local server) to the central server, and not when the data is captured, created, or modified.
