flw-api/tb/screening/saveAll
Requirement
Add the following parameters to the API request payload:

| riskFactor | String | Risk Factor selected from a multi-select dropdown. Multiple selected values should be sent as a comma-separated string. |
| hivStatus | Boolean | HIV Status selected during TB Screening. |
| fatigue | Boolean | Fatigue symptom selected during TB Screening. |
| chestPain | Boolean | Chest Pain symptom selected during TB Screening. |
| shortBreath | Boolean | Shortness of Breath symptom selected during TB Screening. |
Risk Factor
Risk Factor will be displayed as a multi-select dropdown in the application.
Multiple values can be selected.
Selected values should be sent to the API as a comma-separated string.
Example:
riskFactor: "Smoking,Diabetes,Alcohol"
If only one value is selected:
riskFactor: "Smoking"
Expected API Change
The backend API should accept and persist the newly added parameters – riskFactor, hivStatus, fatigue, chestPain, and shortBreath – along with the existing TB Screening data.
Acceptance Criteria
- flw-api/tb/screening/saveAll accepts the new riskFactor parameter.
- riskFactor supports multiple selected values as a comma-separated string.
- flw-api/tb/screening/saveAll accepts the new hivStatus parameter.
- flw-api/tb/screening/saveAll accepts the new fatigue, chestPain, and shortBreath parameters.
- Existing API parameters and functionality should remain unaffected.
- The newly added values should be correctly saved and returned wherever applicable.
- API validation/documentation should be updated accordingly.
