Issue- User reset password from admin portal not working.

Log in to the admin portal with the Provider admin credentials

Current Behaviour: If a user account password is missing and the user tries to reset it via the admin portal, the portal doesn't respond.

Expected Behaviour: The admin "reset user password" feature should work properly, and the admin can change the password for the requested user.
